Evidence from Cardiff and the Vale Parents Federation

Thank you for inviting us to comment on these proposals. On behalf of all disabled people could we ask for planners to include Disabled Friendly ‘Changing Places’ WC’s to be provided as part of every and any regeneration project. This would open up the community to many disabled people and their carers who currently are tied to their homes or limited venues that can accommodate their needs.
